SHIPPING POLICY

Digital delivery only

byrena sells digital patterns. Nothing physical ships, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses, and no wait times.

How you receive your pattern

Your download link appears on the confirmation screen immediately after checkout and is also sent to the email address you used to purchase. The file is a PDF you can open on a phone, tablet, or computer.

If your link doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within 15 minutes, email me at rena6wang6@gmail.com with the name you ordered under and I'll send the file directly.

Download problems

If the file won't open, downloads incompletely, or seems damaged, contact me and I'll send a replacement at no cost.

Note that the PDF is a large file with many photographs. A stable connection helps, and downloading on a computer rather than a phone is more reliable.

International

Digital products deliver the same way everywhere. No customs, no duties, no delays.
