1. About

byrena (the shop) sells digital crochet patterns at byrena.co. By purchasing or downloading from this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products

Everything sold here is a digital file delivered by download after purchase. Nothing physical ships. You are responsible for having a device and software that can open a PDF.

3. All sales final

Because patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your file will not download, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact me at [your email] and I will send a replacement.

4. What you may do with the pattern

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern to make items by hand.

You may:

  • Make the item for yourself, as gifts, or to sell
  • Sell finished items you made yourself, in any quantity
  • Credit byrena if you'd like, though it isn't required

5. What you may not do

You may not:

  • Share, resell, copy, distribute, translate, or publish the pattern or any part of it
  • Upload the file to any sharing site, group, or cloud folder others can access
  • Claim the design as your own
  • Mass-produce items using automated or factory manufacturing
  • Copy the photographs, charts, diagrams, or written instructions for your own pattern or tutorial

6. Copyright

The pattern, its text, charts, diagrams, photographs, and video are the intellectual property of byrena and are protected by copyright. Buying the file does not transfer ownership of the design.

7. Results

Patterns are written and tested carefully, but finished results depend on your yarn, hook, gauge, and technique. I cannot guarantee your bag will match the sample.

8. Support

Questions about any step are welcome at [your email]. I answer as quickly as I can, though I'm one person.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you.
